Hi everyone! Here I am to introduce myself. I am Sergen and I was born on 8 August 1995 in Antalya. After exteremely hot 5 years, we moved to Izmir.To be honest, I regard Izmir as my hometown because nearly all my memories belong to there. I barely remember my childhood but I knew that I was the youngest person in my family during my childhood. As a result of it, all the attention used to be on me. Anyone coming our home would not leave without caressing or kissing me and I thought that it was suffocating! Now, I wish they treated me in the same way...
Having graduated from Izmir Anatolian Teacher Traning School, I came to Ankara, METU. I studied at prep-school last year intentionally because I wanted to get used to the university.I met lots of friends from another departments owing to the prep-school. In addition, I met new friends by joining several clubs like Japanese Culture Club.Actually, METU is the one of the most suitable places where one can socialize.
Another thing I want to talk about is my hobbies. In my view, hobby equals to extraordinary things. Let me explain it. I really enjoy reading about everything seems extraordinary such as alien news, myths, some rumors about doomsday, ghosts and so on. Here there are some drawings of mythical creatures :
CENTAURS
Centaurs are well known race of mythological creatures who had the upper body of a man and the lower body of an horse.
SIRENS
Sirens are beautiful creatures that used their voices to lure sailors to their hideout at the cliffs where they would crash to their deaths.
CHIMERA
Chimera is a Greek mythology creature that comprise a lion, a goat and a snake.
Moreover, I like playing video games ,preferably horror games, which have extraordinary plots and satisfying visual effects. Many people think that playing video games is just a waste of time ,but in my opinion, there are qualified games that make gamers live unique moments.Hence, they should be entitled as art, too.
Those are some facts about me, I will edit the writing when something new comes to my mind!

ReplyDeleteI am really happy to read your blog and your self introduce. Firstly, you are pretty nice and funny people I guess. I would like to know your experience about being the youngest member of the family later. Your, hobbies are really fantastic compared to mines. According to your reflection, you must have bad times to adopt climate of Ankara. Moreover, I would like to say that I am glad to hear that you are pleased with prep school. When I consider your writing in means of content, organisation and grammar, you have no mistake in your paragraph. Your sentences are shot and clear. The clause types are used very well. However, maybe you could have used more transitions to combine the sentences. Despite that, there are not any problem about your fluency of language. Your illustrations make your hobbies more clear for me because I do not so much information and interest on the mythical creatures. To conclude, this is a perfect start for blog. Thanks for your contributions :)

ReplyDeleteIt is a nice introduction. Because you are a person from the Mediterranean, you are really warm hearted like me :) And you are the youngest member of your family. I know that feeling. It is something special. I mean it makes you feel special :) I did not study at prep school but I do not regret it because if I had studied, I would not have met with you and our other friends :) Also, I do not like Ankara. Thus, staying here one more year would be really hard for me.However, I can clearly see the differences between the ones who studied prep school and the ones who did not. You are well-prepared. Your writing skills are more developed than ours. However, I believe that we can make up the difference in time with your help :) Your hobies are also attractive. I do not like playing computer games but I respect the ones who play. I know nearly anything about mythical creatures. But, you can be sure that I will search them on Google :) Thank you for explaining yourself in such a nice way :)
